Juliana, a Brazilian-American born and raised in Massachusetts, moved to Georgia at 13 and has called it home ever since. With over 11 years at Marlow’s, she worked her way up from server to head bartender, bar manager, and now Catering & Events Concierge. Before joining Marlow’s, Juliana spent nine years at Mellow Mushroom in various management roles. Passionate about family, she cherishes her three fur babies and being an aunt to her three nieces. Juliana even met her wonderful partner, Jonathan, through Marlow’s, making it a true part of her journey.

Allison Hozman, a native of Georgia, brings over 25 years of hospitality and restaurant management experience, with more than 15 years specializing in catering sales. Allison is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences by transforming culinary visions into exquisite events. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, attending local charity events, game nights with loved ones, and cheering on her favorite sports teams as an avid fan. Her mantra, "Do what you love, love what you do," reflects her dedication to exceeding guest expectations.

Amanda Holloway brings a passion for hospitality and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to planning memorable events at Marlow’s Tavern. With years of experience coordinating both on-site and off-site catering, she has worked with gatherings ranging from intimate celebrations to events of 400+ guests. Amanda is known for her attention to detail, creative collaboration on menus, and calm, organized execution. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, ensuring each event feels personal and seamless while reflecting Marlow’s commitment to quality, service, and genuine hospitality.​

Allison King brings more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, catering, and events, with deep roots and a strong network across Central Florida’s Orlando B2B market. She began her career in catering early on, building a hands-on, relationship-driven approach shaped by both her professional background and family ties to the catering industry. Comfortable working on-site with restaurant teams as well as out in the field, Allison excels at developing new business, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth. Known for her humility, professionalism, and collaborative leadership style, she is a trusted partner to teams and a natural connector with clients.​
